You can join our Pace Athletcis family by signing up through our website. You can choose either our Tier 1 or Tier 2 programs, catering to your different needs and interests.
What does coaching include?
Our Tier 1 coaching includes progressive workout sessions, nutrition advice, and regular check-ins with our certified volunteers to ensure you stay on track with your athletic goals.
Our Tier 2 coaching includes alternating multi - sport conditioning sessions, focused on strengethening the core functionality while advising on flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, strength and power while we emphasise injury prevention goals, to enhance your primary sport.
