What does coaching include?
Athletics coaching includes progressive workouts, nutrition guidance, and regular check-ins to keep you on track. Strength & conditioning features multi-sport training focused on core function, flexibility, endurance, strength, and power—prioritizing injury prevention to enhance performance in your primary sport.
Is PACE more for developmental or competitive athletes?
Both! Many of our athletes participate at various levels; some join for fun and recreation, while others are competitive.
What is offered for younger athletes (12 and under)?
PACE trains young athletes to create a love of sport! Our Mini Pacers (6-8 years old) and our Run-Jump-Throw athletes (8-12 years old) usually train twice/week.
For those that wish to compete, tetrathlons (a U12 event that includes the 60m run, Long Jump, Shot Put, and 600m run) are offered at most local Track and Field meets.
