Pace Athletics Club & Multi-Sport Conditioning was founded on the principal of providing essential quality, reliable coaching in fostering the development of athletes through all phases of their careers. Our staff offer potential members a two-tier approach to performance training and assistance maintaining long term health & wellness.

Pace Athletics
Our guided coaching is tailored to meet the athletes chosen event(s). Whether you are looking to gain speed, power, endurance, agility or flexibility, our certified volunteer coaches will guide you through training sessions tailored to your goals. We focus on proper form and technique to ensure you make steady progress. Enjoy one-on-one attention, continuous motivation and feedback as we track your progress and make necessary adjustments to your training, ensuring you achieve at your own pace.

Our Athletics Program Groupings Consists of:
- Mini Pacers (RJT/U12) Ages 8-11
- Development Pacers (U13/U16) Ages 12-13 & 14-15
- Intermediate Pacers (U18) Ages 16-17
- Collegiate Pacers (U20) Ages 18-19, and 20-25
- Senior Pacers Ages 20-25 (If Not Attending University)
- Pace Masters Ages 35+

ATHLETICS TRAINING
This performance package invites members to take advantage of our seasonal Tier 1 Track & Field Program which allows athletes to develop their skills toward demonstrating their hard work through practice and ultimately in competitions. Club members are afforded the opportunity to participate in various events during both the indoor and outdoor seasons. We provide our athletes training, guidance and mentorship opportunities through their sports careers while preparing them for all their future endeavors.
Online seminars offers the convenience of professional guidance from anywhere. Perfect for those with busy schedules or who prefer remote learning, our partnership with health care professionals offer athletes the ability to gain knowledge on and off the track. Utilize our user-friendly app to stay on track and in touch with your coaches. Achieve your athletics goals flexibly and efficiently, anywhere, anytime.
New prospective Tier 1 Athletics members are afforded a 1 week or 3 session free trial period before any fees are due and membership agreement signed, in the eventuality PACE isn’t the right fit for the athlete. This allows the athlete to walk away with no financial obligation to PACE if not satisfied with the services that PACE has to offer.
VOLUNTEERISM
We all know athletic and sports activities in general can be very time consuming during both the outdoor and indoor seasons. We ask our member athletes to encourage their parents or guardians to volunteer and aid us where they can, and learn more about the sport, and engage in a rewarding experience.
PACE ATHLETICS CLUB operates year-round, and athletes have the opportunity of training 2-3 days/evenings per week. During sessions athletes are guided through skill development in sprints, hurdles, distance, and jumps, focusing on proper running essentials. Long, Triple and High Jump are provided as well, depending on seasonal functionality of the training facility.

*Families signing more than one athlete will receive a 15% discount for each additional member.

MULTI-SPORT CONDITIONING
At PACE we feel our Tier 2 Multi-Sport Conditioning training is a vital secondary phase necessary for athletes gaining the necessary knowledge for long term success in sport. Our vision and approach target all athletes in their preferred sport of choice whether it be football, basketball, track & field, hockey, soccer and so on.
Our staff at PACE will endeavour in assisting athletes looking to maintain their optimum fitness and performance levels year-round, especially for those individuals seeking to stay at the top of their game, in injury prevention / recovery, and to avoid drop-offs in performance during their primary sports off season. To this end athletes will be provided with skills and techniques specific to their primary sport of choice.
In conjunction athletes will be provided a strength & conditioning workout schedules designed to emphasize overall peak performance utilizing strategies such as proper body-mechanics, balanced-movement, strength, power, stamina, cardiovascular endurance, mobility, speed, and agility.
Our conditioning sessions are offered to individuals, small groups, recreational groups, corporate groups, and sports teams who are all looking to maintain their functional fitness longevity.

PACE ATHLETICS MULTI-SPORT CONDITIONING operates year-round, catering packages based on the number of sessions the athlete or groups require. Our staff have worked with individuals and or groups of athletes with backgrounds in, basketball, hockey, football, soccer and athletics. Our two hour sessions are designed to guide participants in a core conditioning program that targets functional fitness for long term success.

*All individual and group sessions are two hours in length.
*Hourly pricing applied to groups of 9 persons or less, and group size is determined by venue.
