At Pace Athletics, we empower individuals to achieve their fitness and performance goals at their own pace. Based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, we offer tailored training programs designed to meet each athlete’s unique needs and aspirations.

 

Founded on a commitment to quality, reliable coaching, Pace Athletics supports athlete development at every stage through a two-tier approach that combines sport-specific training with strength and conditioning, promoting long-term performance and overall wellness.

Group Criteria

Pace Athletics delivers dynamic training for all ages in a fun, supportive environment. Our varied sessions keep you challenged, while experienced coaches tailor each workout to your level. Build your skills, push your limits, and join a community that supports your journey.

 

Our Athletics Program Groupings Consists of:

  • Mini Pacers - Summer Camp TBD
  • Run Jump Throw (U12) Ages 8-12
  • Development Pacers (U13/U16) Ages 13, 14, 15
  • Intermediate Pacers (U18) Ages 16-17
  • Collegiate Pacers (U20) Ages 18-19, and 20-25
  • Senior Pacers Ages 20-25 (If Not Attending University)
  • Pace Masters Ages 35+

ATHLETICS TRAINING

Our performance program gives athletes the opportunity to develop their skills through structured seasonal training and competition. Members can participate in indoor and outdoor events while receiving coaching, guidance, and mentorship that supports both athletic growth and future success—academically and professionally.

New members receive a one-week or three-session free trial, allowing them to experience the program with no financial commitment before registering.

 

VOLUNTEERISM

Volunteerism is an important part of our club. We encourage parents and guardians to get involved, support our programs, and engage in a rewarding community experience.

Pricing

PACE ATHLETICS CLUB operates year-round, and athletes have the opportunity of training 2-3 days/evenings per week. During sessions athletes are guided through skill development in sprints, hurdles, distance, Long, triple and high jumps, depending on seasonal functionality of the training facility.

 

Training Locations & Times

  • Monday 6 - 8 pm @ Beazley Field / Athletics Session
  • Wednesday 6 - 8 pm @ Beazley Field / Athletics Session
  • Thursday 7 - 9 pm @ 360FIT Burnside / Strength & Conditioning Session (effective 04/23/26)         
  • Saturday 10am - 12 Noon @ Beazley Field / Athletics Session

Run Jump Throw Pricing (Mini Pacers, 8-12 years):

  • RJT Spring/Summer - $170 
  • RJT Fall/Winter - $170
  • RJT Full Year - $330      

Regular Pricing (13 and older):

  • Spring/Summer - $330
  • Fall/Winter - $330
  • Full Year - $570 

 

*Families signing more than one athlete will receive a 15% discount for each additional member.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

At PACE, we recognize that track and field may not be every athlete’s primary sport. Our strength and conditioning program supports athletes across all sports—football, basketball, hockey, soccer, and more—by building the foundation for long-term success.

 

We help athletes maintain peak performance year-round, with a focus on injury prevention, recovery, and minimizing off-season decline. Training is tailored to each athlete’s sport, incorporating proper mechanics, strength, power, endurance, mobility, speed, and agility.

 

We also offer private and group sessions for athletes seeking additional support or those focused solely on fitness.

PACE offers sport-specific strength and conditioning to help athletes stay strong, prevent injury, and perform year-round—plus private and group training options.

Youth - Ages 12-15

Adults - Ages 16+

*All sessions are two hours. Hourly rates apply to groups of 9 or fewer, with group size dependent on the venue. Fees may change, and a signed waiver is required before participation.
